FREE shipping is eligible for most shipments to lower 48 states of USA via UPS Ground only. We ship from our warehouse in CA either on the same day or the following business days after receipt of payment. UPS guarantee ground delivery in 6 business days within lower 48 states. You must return the package in its original packaging and condition within 15 days of receipt. If the item is purchased with free shipping, please refer to our FREE shipping terms and conditions. They are subject to a 20% restocking fee. For orders that are charged shipping and handling, we will only refund the item price less listed shipping and handling. All exchanges must be returned in its original condition except damage upon arrival

Damage upon arrival: If you have received a package damaged upon arrival, please notify us within 24 hours of receipt and retain all original packaging (including the original corrugated box). We will request digital pictures of the damage item for reference, and arrange FREE replacement after we receive the pictures.

Discrepancies: If you have received incorrect merchandise or merchandise with missing parts and/or accessories, please notify us within 24 hours of receipt. We will arrange the FREE replacement.

Purchased a wrong item: If you have discovered that you have purchased an incorrect merchandise, color, size, or simply want to upgrade to another item, you may return it in its original packaging and condition for exchange within 15 days of receipt.
