Before I describe this item let me say we have over 7200
total feedbacks with no negatives so you can trust our integrity, efficiency and
safe packing ability, especially with clocks and other fragile items.
Secondly please do not offer to buy it now from me - this will stay on auction until the highest bidder wins it.
A huge antique oval glass dome with its base of an unusual elliptical shape.
It stands 19" high by 14 1/2" wide and is 6 1/2" deep.
It has a lovely wavy look to it and is a one piece - not molded.
It has no damage except some minor bottom edge chips not visible when it is in place on its base.
The internal clearances are 17" high by 13 1/2" wide by 5 3/4" deep.
The dark green velvet base covering has some marks from its previous inhabitant.
The base has some wear, age cracks and a replaced foot.
It has a very old label but I cannot make out what it says due to yellowing.
I shall tape it on its surface areas, fill with peanuts, thoroughly bubble wrap it and double box it with masses of peanuts in each box.
