All of our items are previously owned unless otherwise stated. Therefore, detailed history about each item is unknown. You are bidding on the item as seen in the provided pictures. None of our auctions include additional, unpictured accessories.
All items are rated according to our condition scale as outlined below. This scale is provided to show you, the bidder, how we rate our items.
- NEW: Never used. In original packaging with all known accessories.
- LIKE NEW: Shows little to no signs of use. Works perfectly. May not include all accessories.
- EXCELLENT: Shows more obvious signs of use than LIKE NEW. May have some scratches or nicks to outer finish. All signs of wear are cosmetic and do not affect functionality.
- VERY GOOD: More noticeable signs of use or wear on the item. Item is tested and works well.
- GOOD: Very noticeable signs of use or wear on the item. May have some dings, dents or corrosion. Most of the damage is cosmetic and has only minor affects on usage. The item is not to be considered in perfect working order.
- FAIR: Item is heavily used with many signs of wear and some functional issues. Functional issues are accounted for in the item's description. Item is considered to be working but may require additional parts or repair to be fully functional.
- AS-IS: Item may show signs of use or wear, is missing needed parts or accessories for proper testing or has not been tested. These items are not guaranteed and do not fall within the guidelines of our return policy. Bidding on these items is at your own risk.

If you are a winning bidder and do not wish to complete a transaction, we do charge a $10.00 (USD) restocking fee per item. This fee will cover our listing costs and prevent a nonpaying bidder strike from being placed against your account!
After verifying your shipping information and choosing your payment type, you will be redirected to PayPal to make a secure payment if applicable. We only accept payments in United States currency! We are required by law to charge 8.25% sales tax on all local pickups or any order shipped within the state of Texas.
The following list contains acceptable forms of payment and details:
PayPal: You will be redirected to the PayPal site after verifying your purchase and shipment information in Kyozou. You must first go through our Kyozou Checkout before making a PayPal payment. There is no way around this procedure.
Credit Card: We only accept Visa, MasterCard and Discover payments, and we can only process these payments over the phone. Please see the About Us section above for a telephone number and business hours.
Items will not be shipped until the payment has cleared through our accounting department.
We require a physical address for all shipments -- we cannot ship to postal boxes of any kind!
We ship Monday through Friday and ship all orders are shipped within 2 business days of completed payment. Please see our Feedback for customer accounts of our packaging techniques and shipping times. We ship all domestic orders through FedEx and our posted shipping charges include packaging materials, insurance and signature on delivery for buyer satisfaction.
We do offer combined shipping as long as the combined items are not too large for our available packaging materials. Please wait until all won auctions are closed, then go through the checkout link on one of the auction pages. Shipping will automatically be combined if possible.
We do allow local pickups. You will not be charged shipping or handling fees, but you will still be required to pay state sales tax. Please go through the checkout process and select Local Pickup. You will be provided the necessary details upon doing so.
All bidders must be aware of shipping charges prior to placing a bid on our auctions!
In order to provide a quote, we need a postal code or zip code, city and country.
All packages that are shipped out of the continental United States are shipped through DHL and shipping charges directly reflect what we are charged to ship the item. All shipping quotes are approximates -- Insurance is required on all packages and is based upon the winning bid amount, which may vary a quote throughout the course of an auction.
We also require a signature upon delivery as an additional method of insurance.
