- US shipping is 1-5 business days. Most packages ship from Morristown, TN 37814 or one of our distributor warehouse locations in California, Tennessee or Michigan depending on the item.
- International shipping usually takes 4-10 business days.

- We recommend the optional shipping insurance since musical instruments tend to be fragile.
- Discounts on shipping are usually given for multiple items.
- We do allow local pick up of most items from our retail store in Morristown, TN (please call ahead to ensure we have it in stock, if not we usually can get it in a few days). Please NOTE: there are some items that we list on eBay that cannot be picked up from the store and we will state this in the item description above if no local pickup is available.
