Please understand that most musical instruments are not regular box shapped and therefore have higher than typical shipping costs. We use a combination of UPS and Fed Ex for shipping. In addition if somehow your item is damaged in shipping, we can send UPS to pickup your item and exchange fee of charge. Just follow the directions on your receipt. We target shipping out items within 3 business days of receiving your payment. When you receive your order will depend on how fast you get payment to us, and where the package is going.
