I am thrilled to report that there are

nicks, cracks, dents or dings on these odd sized Sabian 13"s. They're in Great Shape!
And dig that Top Cymbal....FLAT...as in NO BELL!! That gives these beauties a killer EXTREMELY DRY and CONTROLLED tone...like a flat ride....but with hats. Sabian dubbed these cymbals "EQ Hats" because of their exceptional tone in the studio.

There are several reasons why these 13" Sabian Hihats are ingenius. In addition to having a Flat Top Cymbal that delivers a deliciously crisp, clean, dry and cutting stick attack, these EQ Hats have 2 factory holes on the bottom cymbal (a la Zildjian Quick Beats) IN ADDITION TO the FOUR Razor Sharp Side Holes at the edge (remember Early Zildjian K/Zs?) for anti-air lock BABY!! These holes allow for lightening fast action with your foot....and these being 13s"---they action is FAST!!
All this combined with the warmth, Brilliant Finish shimmer and musicality of Sabian's Top of the Line HH Series.
The weights are 1145 grams for the Flat Top Cymbal and 1010 grams for the Bottom Cymbal. That's right, the Top IS Heavier than the Bottom---a la Steve Gadd Hihats.
