We know that when you order an instrument from us, you want it to arrive in perfect condition and on time!
Every instrument we ship is packed in brand new packaging, packed to FedEx standards with a minimum of 3" of cushioning on each side. Most instruments ship with a case, and in many instances, we will double box an instrument to make absolutely sure it travels safely. Where possible, we will ship using FedEx.
Instruments to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. Territories and APO/FPO that are shipped USPS will have a $15.60 courier fee that must be paid before shipping. This is in addition to the calculated shipping cost below.

In very rare occasions, items have taken up to 6 weeks to reach some destinations when shipped using United States Postal Service. This is unfortunately beyond our control, and we ask for your patience if an item is taking longer than normal.
