Buyglow charges $14.64 to carefully package your item and ship your order out via UPS GROUND or USPS (depending on location). Your order will ship out within 24 hours of us receiving a cleared payment (Monday through Friday). If you are paying via Paypal e-check or money orders your order will not ship out intil the payment is received and / or cleared. Our flat shipping charge is based on the $13.64 counter rate to send a 3 pound package via UPS GROUND to zip code 04333 plus a small handling charge to cover packaging materials and handling labor. PLEASE NOTE: Our shipping charges include a reasonable handling fee to cover the cost of packing materials, packing labor, payment processing, and order processing. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE WITH THE SHIPPING AND HANDLING CHARGES IN THIS AUCTION PLEASE DO NOT BID.

For Canada and APO's buyglow charges a flat shipping and handling charge of $24.49 for the first item ('s), and $22.49 for each additional auction item of this same quantity combined with the first. Your purchase will ship via USPS Priority Mail International. Please note that we do not offer tracking or insurance on packages being shipped outside the United States. While an extremely rare occurrence, we cannot be held responsible for lost shipments to Canada or APO's. Any duties, customs problems, or import fees are the responsibility of the buyer.

For all international destinations (excluding Canada and APO's listed above) Buyglow's flat shipping and handling charge is $29.49 for the first item ('s), and $27.49 for each additional auction item of this same quantity combined with the first. Payments

If you have won one of our auctions, an email with our Marketworks checkout procedure will be sent immediately to your registered eBay email address. All payments MUST go through our "Marketworks Checkout". We do not send out Paypal payment requests. We accept the following payment methods through our Marketworks checkout: PayPal, Visa, Master Card, Money Orders, or Cashier's Checks. Due to bounced checks and resulting bank charges PERSONAL CHECKS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED and will be torn up and thrown away if received. All payments are expected within 7 days. All unpaid auctions will be forfeited and we will notify E-bay of non-payment and request that listing and closing fees be refunded. The eBay community looks unfavorably on non-paying bidders and we follow eBay’s standard non payment procedures.

Bidding on multiple auctions?

Simply wait until all of your winning auctions with us have ended, and complete the Marketworks checkout from the most recent email that you received from us. All of your orders will be automatically combined during our checkout process. Once you have completed the checkout, you will NOT be able to combine any additional auctions - No exceptions. California residents will pay 0.0775% in sales tax charged on the order total including shipping and handling. FAQ

Are chemical glow products safe to use?

Absolutely. Glow products operate off a simple, safe, and non-heat generating chemical reaction involving mild chemicals. In fact one of the chemicals found within glow products is the common house hold product hydrogen peroxide, which you might even have a bottle of in your medicine cabinet to clean wounds. Furthermore, since the chemicals inside glow products are sealed inside their plastic tube there is very little likelihood of actually coming into contact with the chemicals. If contact does occur simply rinse the affected area with water should any mild irritation occur. However, please be aware that the dyes within chemical glow products could stain, so one should be careful to keep a leaking glow product away from their clothes. Also, as with any small object, some glow products represent a choking hazard to very young children and should not be used by them.

What is the shelf life for chemical glow products and how long will they last?

Glow products should be stored in a dry and temperate place away from direct sunlight and temperatures exceeding 100 degrees. The quality of our products should not deteriorate for at least 3 years if stored properly.

Are all glow products the same as far as duration, brightness, age, quality?

With glow products the old saying "you get what you pay for" is truely rellivant. To cut costs, many vendors sell glow products containing reduced chemical compounds resulting in less brightness and durration. Some vendors sell old product or defective product that fails durring quality assurance testing. There are only a handfull of factories in Asia producing quality chemical glow products and our Asia factory produces only premium grade, tested sticks containing full chemical compounds. Our products produce quality light for a minimum of 8 - 12 hours.

Your prices seem much lower than your competitors, why is this?

Simply put, we eliminate the middleman and are able to buy in bulk, resulting in us being able to pass on the savings. We import our products factory direct from our Asia factory assuring that you not only get premium, quality controlled, glow products, but also the lowest possible prices.

How quickly do you process orders?

Fast. . . . We process orders Monday - Friday from 9:00 am - 5:00 pm. Most orders ship the same day if payment clears before 12:00 pm Pacific Standard Time.

Do you ship to Canada, Hawaii, and International?
