To Our Valued Canadian Customers  We know that customs fees make buying from America a challenge.   We suggest that you use USPS for your shipping needs; it will take longer for delivery (transit times can not be guaranteed by the USPS) but the end result will be lower customs fees.   If you need your prouct quicker, then choose UPS (please note that UPS will put their own 'COD' tag on the package so they can collect their customs fees; edealdirect is in no way related to their procedure.)

All returns and exchanges must be made with 14 days of purchase with the original invoice.

Exchanges may not be available for closeout items or special ordered merchandise.

All merchandise must still be in new condition with all of the original packaging and tags attached. A return authorization number (RA#) must be obtained and clearly labeled on the outside of the box and on the original invoice inside before returning. Obtaining an RA# is no guarantee that a return or exchange can be made. Buyers are responsible for all shipping costs to and from on exchanges.

Freight amounts are not subject for refund in either direction. The shipping services we use to return the merchandise back to you will be at our discretion. In the event there is a manufacturer defect, mix up or warranty issue beyond our control this will need to be handled by the manufacturer and you will be subject to their return/exchange policies.

eDealDirect reserves the right to refuse refund upon inspection of goods. Please allow up to 2 weeks for your refund to be processed. All refunds will be issued in the same manner that payment was received.

eDealDirect reserves the right to make any and all necessary changes to our policies at any time to comply with federal and local laws, ebay rules and new company policies.

For items damaged in transit, eDealDirect must be contacted within 5 business days from date of purchase to make claim and schedule product replacement.
