This is a beautiful Guild D-35 from 1975 with the original hard-shell case. The amber-toned Spruce top has no cracks. The Rosewood bridge was reset and re-seated this week. The sides and back are solid Mahogany, as is the neck. The Rosewood fingerboard and the frets are just beginning to show some minor wear in the first position but the wear has no effect on the playability. There are no cracks or separations. There are a few dings and scratches as befitting a 33 year old guitar. The hardshell case is original. The only things not original are the bridge pins and the strings.
The neck is straight and the action low. This guitar speaks with a big, beefy, balanced voice. The sound won't compress or distort under hard strumming and fingerpicking produces a sweet, delicate tone.
