This koa Kamaka concert ukulele has a brownish gold label on the inside sound hole dated 1968. This uke is in good condition. There is a slight split at the bottom right body between the back and the side that measures about 2" long. There are some surface scratches throughout, a few minor dings and wear on the frets all as a result of normal handling and use over the years. The inside gold label has been torn and damaged. It appears that the previous owner may have attempted to refinish/repair this ukulele, but I am not sure. The condition of this uke is shown in detail in the many photos provided.
This ukulele has a lot of color variation throughout and a lot of curl on the face. It has a wonderful sound as all Kamakas do. Sorry, no case.
Measures:
- 23-1/2" long
- 8" wide (at the widest point)
This ukulele will make a nice addition to any ukulele collection or a perfect Christmas gift for someone special.
