ABOUT OUR PRODUCTS: We make every effort to represent our products as accurately and honestly as possible. Most of the information contained in our listings regarding our products (including pictures) is derived directly from the manufacturer/publishers’ websites or product information (spec) sheets. We cannot be held responsible for errors, typos, or omissions in the descriptions or variations in the pictures. Please use your due diligence before bidding on or purchasing an item. PAYMENT WITH MONEY ORDER/CASHIERS CHECK (USA): Money orders/cashiers checks should be made payable to Modtech, Inc., and sent to the address listed in the ‘CONTACT INFORMATION’ section of this document above.
PAYMENT WITH INTERNATIONAL MONEY ORDER (CANADA): International money orders should be made out in US dollars and payable to Modtech, Inc., and sent to the address listed in the ‘CONTACT INFORMATION’ section of this document above.
SHIPPING (GENERAL): All shipments made in the USA are generally completed the same or following day after your payment is received and processed. There are times (due to weekends, holidays, vacations, etc…) that we cannot keep this schedule. If you absolutely must have an item(s) by a certain date, please contact us prior to bidding on or purchasing it.
SHIPPING SERVICES AVAILABLE: Normal shipping services for small packages is done via USPS Media Mail or USPS First Class Mail. Larger packages may be shipped via UPS Ground services or USPS Priority Mail. We do offer shipping via UPS Next Day Air and UPS 2nd Day Air services if requested. Please contact us for a price quote.
SHIPPING DISCOUNTS: If you have won or purchased multiple items, we will gladly combine them to save you shipping costs whenever possible. Please contact us with the items you wish to combine before or immediately after you purchase them.
DELIVERY CONFIRMATION/TRACKING: Delivery confirmation is provided as a free service for all shipments made via USPS. For UPS shipments, we will notify you via email with the delivery tracking/confirmation number when the package is shipped.

INSURANCE (UPS): Insurance is automatically included, at no extra charge, for all UPS shipments up to $100.00. Additional insurance is available at the following rates:
àFree up to $100.00 insurance value (automatically included).
àPlus $.40 per each additional $100.00 of value with a minimum premium of $1.20.
àExample: For insurance in the amount of $300.00, the first $100.00 of insurance value is included free of charge. The 2nd and 3rd hundred in insurance value would be $.80 ($.40/each) however, there is a $1.20 minimum charge which brings the total premium to $1.20.
If you would like additional insurance, please specify and include the appropriate amount with your payment.
SHIPPING TO APO/FPO AND INTERNATIONAL (EXCEPT CANADA): We proudly ship to APO/FPO addresses. Please contact us for a shipping quote prior to bidding or purchasing an item. International and APO/FPO may take longer due to the extra paperwork involved with customs and hand delivering the package(s) to the proper shipper when necessary.
SHIPPING TO CANADA: Shipments to Canada are generally made via USPS services. Please provide your address and postal code to receive a quote prior to bidding on or purchasing an item. We are not responsible for any customs, fees, or taxes that may be incurred.
SALES TAX: Any item being shipped to a Florida address is subject to a 6% sales tax rate. Please include the appropriate amount with your payment.
RETURNS: For all returns or exchanges, please contact us for return authorization prior to sending items. We will gladly accept returns if you change your mind or ordered a wrong item(s). Return and/or exchange of merchandise must take place within 7 days of your receipt of the item(s). All merchandise being returned must be in original condition, including packaging, documentation, warranty cards, manuals, accessories, etc… The products original factory seal must be intact. Modtech, Inc. reserves the right to decline any return/exchange request if the product is not in saleable condition. Returns are to be freight pre-paid and shipped to the address listed in the ‘CONTACT INFORMATION’ section of this document. Returns are subject to a 20% ($3.00 minimum) re-stocking fee. Shipping and handling charge are non-refundable.
WARRANTY: Unless otherwise stated in the listing/auction, all of our products are new and may be covered under a manufacturers warranty. Although it is rare, if you do find that you need assistance, all warranty and technical issues must be directed to the manufacturer and NOT to Modtech, Inc. We will gladly assist you in obtaining the necessary contact information if requested by you. If a product is defective, it must be returned to the manufacturer.
FEEDBACK POLICY: We will leave positive feedback when payment is received and processed. We would certainly appreciate positive feedback when you receive your item(s). If there are any problems, please contact us so that we may resolve the issue prior to leaving feedback.
NON-PAYING BIDDERS: Please read the item description carefully and completely prior to bidding or purchasing the item. Bidding on or purchasing an item is a contract and costs us money.
