This is a new Republic "Resolian" parlor size resonator guitar with case. (Serial number 90108) The guitar is only 37 1/2" long, but has a nice wide 1 7/8" nut. The neck on this guitar joins the body at the 12th fret. The tone and volume is amazingly close to that of the full size models. The steel body gives it the loud and cutting tone that many resonator players prefer. The intonation is right on. The artistically aged finish and coverplate give this instrument a truly convincing vintage appearance. This guitar comes setup with medium action, high enough for slide, but low enough for fingerstyle playing. Each Republic guitar comes serial numbered with the date of sale. If you are not familiar with Republic Guitars, please check out our website. The price point of Republic Guitars is like that of an entry level resonator guitar, but Republic Guitars are definitely not entry level. Many well known players and recording studios are adding these guitars to their arsenals. There are links on the website to forums and reviews on Republic Guitars. We always ship within 1 business day. Please check out the photos and our feedback so you can buy with complete confidence. Several other models are available on our website and in our eBay store.
