These 15 key mbira are handmade in Zimbabwe. The base is a varnished block of wood 5 inches by 8 inches, the keys steel. The cymbals vibrate as the piece is played. These are tunable but we are not expert enough to do this for you or to say what Key the pieces are in. |
Meet the Artist
Simba Arts is located in Harare, Zimbabwe. Dominic, the founder is a skilled carver, from the Shona Tribe. In recent years Dominic has teamed up with craftsmen from various tribes in Zimbabwe to help expose the amazing crafts Zimbabwe has to offer. In these days of economic troubles in Zimbabwe even the simplist task can become complex.
We enjoy sharing the challenge of bring these pieces to you, with Dominic.

You will get a full refund including outbound shipping on any damaged item. Our no questions asked return policy also allows you to get a refund on the goods only, for any item returned to our warehouse within 30 days of purchase.
