Seller is not responsible for item mailed internationally or the time delay that may occur during shipment due to customs.
Sometimes in takes weeks if they get caught "in the system" but this a rarity.
Once mailed, it is out of my control, but priority does provide a shipping notification number (this is not a tracking number) .
Buyer is responsible for all custom duties/fees.
Seller is not responsible for damaged or lost shipment once mailed but insurance may be purchased (only USA).
Priority International does include insurance...first class does not include insurance.
