You are biding on a nice 1946 King Liberty 2b Trombone
The Jazz trombone used by Tommy Dorsey
and several other professional players!

Condition:
For it's age, it is very nice! The bell looks to be in gold brass and is very dark. About 95% lacquer still remaining. The part with the most lacquer off is the main tuning slide and neck pipe. Other than that, it is a good looking horn! There are the usual small dents in the bell area. Too small to picture.
Slide is Light Weight nickle and very fast! The stockings have no corrosion at all! Slide is in amazing condition, I would say a 10 out of 10! No dents in the slide crook!
Counter weight is original and easily removable by twisting it. No screw driver needed! It is in great condition and still shines like the day it came out of the factory!
Comes with a 12c mouthpiece that is fully cleaned and ready to use.
The serial number is: 275,701 which dates it back to 1946. All of the serial numbers are original and the same (Hand Grip, Outer Slide, Tuning Slide, and Bell). No signs of refurbishment! All original lacquer and plating.
