You are bidding on a custom Yamaha YEP321 silver plated Euphonium with a detachable fifth rotor in excellent condition. I have owned this instrument for twenty years and have taken great care of it. Cosmetically the horn is almost perfect with the exception of a few minor dings. All the silver plating is in tact. The four piston valves work flawlessly with absolutely no wear. All four have nylon valve guides. All tuning slides, with the exception of the first valve have amato water keys. The fourth valve tuning slide can be removed and replaced with a fifth rotor which allows you to play from E below the staff to low B effortlessly. There were only a handful of these plug-in valves made by Yamaha. They are very rare. The mouthpiece receiver has been upgraded to take a large shank mouthpiece. If you do not plan to own this instrument, please do not bid on it. All questions are welcome.
