Up for auction is a year 2000 Taylor 314-ce. I am only selling because I have to. Trust me, it pains me to do so. Actually, the real model number is 314-KCE. The "K" KCE stands for koa. Yes that is right, this beautiful guitar has a solid spruce top and solid koa back and sides. This is a gorgeous looking and sounding guitar. The action was setup by a professional luthier, and it plays very smooth. The electronics work perfectly. There is a slight amount of fret wear on the second fret, but not very much, and it does not affect play. There are also a few nicks and pick scratches from normal use. The auction will include the original hard shell case. I have always kept the guitar properly humidified. This is a beautiful sounding guitar, and I am confident you will be pleased. On Dec-03-08 at 22:11:07 PST, seller added the following information:Some people requested that I post some more pictures of the guitar, especially the less than perfect areas. I tried to show the fret wear, but it is hard to see in the pic, once again, the fret wear is minimal, I just brought it up to be honest. There are a few nicks in the guitar. These are small nicks. The one that looks long sort of looks like a crack in the pic, I assure you it is not a crack. It is nothing more than a nick in the finish. I also posted a picture of the action , so you can see just how sweet it is.
The shipping is $6.00. I had that stuck there from another auction I was doing, and forgot to change it. Oh well, my loss. It will ship for $6.00.
