Thanks for looking. This item is a vintage C.G. Conn Model 12b professional Bb Trumpet featuring a copper bell. The original lacquer finish is mostly gone. Otherwise, it is in extraordinarily fine condition, with no dents, dings, broken braces, solder repairs, or patches. Compression is good. The valves are in great shape with excellent plating and move very well. It plays very nicely. I am not the original owner, but I think the leather bound case is original. The case shows wear and has some torn spots, but the handle is OK and the latches close, although one's spring no longer snaps back. The serial number is 4038XX. This horn is very collectable and is also a great player. Please review the pictures and ask any questions.
