Pre-amp is good physical condition, AC cord and  foot switch appear to have been replaced at some time.  There are two extra holes in it, one on the side and one directly beneith the foot switch.  The power light lights when turned on.  Has a six pin speaker outlet and two 1/4" phone jack imputs with level controls on each. This has never been tried, sold as is with a 30 foot six wire connection cable.  Cable was cut about one foot from end and spliced with quick disconnects to possibly change the combinations of controls to other devices?

This unit was manufactured by ELECTRO MUSIC, B.S., MUSICAL INSTRUMENTS, A DIVISION OF CBS, INC. Pasadena CA.
