 You are bidding on a Vintage La Margus Paris France Wood Oboe. This nice, high quality wood oboe measures 23 ½” long, not including the reed, and is in great used condition. The oboe (serial number 11221) comes with the original case, music holder, cleaning rod and one reed. Everything looks great to me and nothing is cracked, broken or busted, but the horn looks to have a good amount of age on it so it’s possible the pads may need to be replaced. Please see my photos below to have a look at this nice item.
Winning bidder pays $14.00 shipping and insurance in the contiguous U.S. plus $1.00 for packing materials (bubble wrap) with shipping to Alaska and Hawaii most likely costing more (if you are in Alaska or Hawaii, please contact me for a shipping estimate). Due to the large amount of items I now auction, I can unfortunately no longer allow in person pick up of items, but if you win an auction on a large or heavy item, and you are in California, please contact me about reduced shipping costs.
If you are the high bidder on one of my auctions, I will email you within three hours of the auctions closing telling you the total amount of your purchase, including shipping and insurance, along with payment details.
CANADIAN BIDDERS: I now ship only USPS Air to Canada, so if you bid on an item, you must be willing to pay the actual cost of USPS air shipping.
FOREIGN BIDDERS: If I am allowing foreign bidding on this item, it is your responsibility to be aware of any import or customs fees your country may apply to your incoming packages. Since I do not accept Paypal, I can unfortunately no longer accept bids from the UK or Australia. If you’re in the UK or Australia, or one of the countries that’s being “screened” out by my not accepting Paypal, and you have interest in one of my items, please email and I’ll see what can be worked out.
