Continuing the downsizing of my guitar collection due to imminent retirement, up for auction is a very, very, very clean Ibanez Floral Series F-300CS, from 1981, serial no. F812440. This is a copy of the Gibson Hummingbird/Dove series and has a nice inlaid headstock, slashed block inlays and the ornate pickguard. Plays and sounds great all up the neck. Action could be lowered by lowering bridge insert, but it is OK as it is. Apart from a couple of nicks on the top of the headstock and minor marks on the back it is in wonderful condition. Marked 'Crafted in Japan' in script on back of headstock. Comes with gig bag. These are becoming collectible in their own right as are quite a few of the earlier Japanese makers.
