My dad bought this guitar
used in 1962, and it has since been sitting in his basement storage
unplayed.
I recently discovered its value and am helping him sell it.
There is no wear on the fingerboard. This guitar has hardly been played
in 49 years!
Here is an appraiser's description of the instrument:
-1959 Fender Telecaster
-Serial #35927
-VG Condition (Very Good)
-slight water damage at the top of head stock
-slight belt buckle wear
-all original condition
-original frets
-original tuners, however the high E has a slight "play" in it
-no original case
-sold with original strap and SKB Freedom case.
