Alvarez Yairi WY 1 12 Acoustic Electric 12 String Guitar w/ Case & Elixir Strings
I'm selling one of my favorite guitars for the oldest reason in the book - I need the money. I bought this Alvarez Yairi new a few years ago and it has been meticulously kept. As you can tell from the 50+ photographs below, it is in fantastic condition. It sounds beautiful both acoustically and when plugged in. The electronics are great, with the EQ and multiple audio controls. You can really dial in a good sound when it's plugged in. It doesn't hurt that it has a built in tuner either. That's a nice, handy feature. With the low action and the thin neck, this is one of the easiest 12 strings to play that you'll find. It's very, very easy to play. I love the abalone fret detail at the 12th fret. It's a nice touch that the only inlay is that one. The mahogany sides are near perfect. The mahogany neck is straight, smooth, and flawless. The rosewood fingerboard is perfect. The frets are fantastic - wear is almost nonexistent. Belt type
scratches on the back are faint and very minimal. There are a few very
small cosmetic dings on the top of the guitar. They are all below the
bridge and very small - the largest of which is visible in the photos
below. The tuners are perfect. None are bent, too tight, or too loose. Virtually everything on this guitar is in fantastic condition. Aside from the tiny dings mentioned previously, this guitar is like new. It's been very loved and very well taken care of.
The case is in fantastic condition. It still smells brand new inside. This guitar comes with a brand new set of Elixir Polyweb 12 String Light Strings in the box, ready for you to put on anytime.
