Shipping/Handling charges are $11.98 - Shipping Insurance is included, for shipping to the Lower 48 States. We will ship this item to the United States Lower 48 States ONLY. There will be no local pick-ups and no shipping on customer accounts. We do NOT ship to: Alaska, Hawaii, Canada, Puerto Rico, Guam or the US Virgin Islands. Shipment will be either UPS or FedX Ground to a street address ONLY. Shipping carrier is determined by us, according to where it is shipped from. Sorry but UPS or FedX will not deliver to a P.O. Box or APO or FPO so we will need a Street Address. Orders are
generally shipped within 24-48 hours after full payment, excluding holidays and weekends.
Please allow up to 7-10 business days for delivery.
We can not be responsible for any delays caused by UPS or FedEx. |

| GENERAL INFORMATION: |
1. There will be no local pick-ups.
2. This is an Auction so all sales are final and no returns will be accepted.
3. If the item is defective upon arrival or the incorrect item was shipped, the item will be repaired or replaced at our discretion given a reasonable amount of time. You will have 3 days to email us if the item is defective or damaged upon arrival. Any return shipping and handling charges are the responsibility of the Buyer as well as insurance. All Shipping and Handling Fees will not be returned in any case.
4. If you would happen to receive a broken item (It does occasionally happen
and it is not our fault) you would be required to contact us and let us know. We don't know unless you tell us.
5. We are an ongoing eCommerce business and on rare occasions our local warehouse stock may be depleted. On those rare occasions, your order will be shipped from our supplier if they can't get them to us in a timely manner.
6. In the event of a back-order or a product discontinuance, the Buyer will be notified and given their options up to a full refund.
