This auction is for a STC B11 Monette Trumpet Mouthpiece in 24KT gold plate. This is the model made for Charlie Schlueter, formerly of the Boston Symphony Orchestra. it is the largest mouthpiece that Monette makes (having an inside diameter of .665).

I used it a couple of times for orchestral playing but found it to be a bit too big for me. It has sat in its box since then. It is in like-new condition, except for some shank insertion scratches.

I paid $215 plus tax for it at Rayburn Music.
