Up for auction is a very neat vintage Kay Kraft, Stromberg Viosinet venetian parlor guitar. This is a project guitar, it will need some work to bring it back.
Very neat green mother of toilet seat back, sides and fretboard. There are some top side cracks and some edge cracking. At both points and at the lower bout. Some of the binding is loose. The fretboard on the body is slightly curved in a U shape.
It is missing frets 2,3,12,15 and 18 and a few others are loose. The bridge is also missing. One tuner gear is missing and one tuner post is bent. The back MOTS is a little wavy.
Neck itself is straight and the angle actually looks pretty good. Overall length is 37 1/2", lower bout is 13 1/8" and the width at the nut is 1 3/4".
Overall a neat Kay Kraft Venetian parlor guitar project with lots of potential. No case but I will pack very well for shipping.
